1.Are you a manufacturer?
--Yes, we are a manufacturer with more than 3 years OEM experience for bags products.
2.What is your MOQ?
--Usually our MOQ is 500pcs for stock items ,mixed color and size is ok . But if you want to custom orders 500 pieces /color . Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
3. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
--The material.
--The printing colors.
--The size of the products.(Length x Width x Height).
--If it is possible, please also provide with picture or design for checking, samples will be best for clarifying.
4.What format of the file do you need if i want my own design ?
--We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. if you have your own sample , that will be great !
5. How many days will samples be finished? and how about the mass production?
--Generally, 4-7days for sample making.
--The delivery time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etcusually mass bags can be finished in 15-25days . 6.How many colors are available ?
--We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7.What is your payment item ?
--Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight, Western union and money gram .
