Application
LYR series vacuum oil purification and oil decolorizing machine can apidly remove the color, moisture, impurities (particulate impurities and mechanical impurities) and gases(acetylene, hydrogen, methane etc) and other harmful ingredients etc. It can treat red diesel, hydraulic oil, machinery oil, coolant oil, cooking oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, turmeric oil in oil field, mine, metallurgy, electricity, transportation, manufacturing, food industry. The treated oil is very clear and transparent.
LYR machine has mainly two systems: vacuum dewatering /degassing system & oil regeneration/decoloring/plate filtration system). It uses our special additive to discolor, which is pure natural and has high efficiency.
The decoloration machine can also be equipped with waste oil distillation plant to highly improve the dark oil color after distillation process.
LYR food grade oil purification and decoloration machine is specially designed to clean new and used cooking oil, coconut oil, dirty vegetable oil, trench oil, swill oil and animal oil, edible rapeseed oil, tea oil, peanut oil, grease etc., It can effectively removes water, particles, gases, alcohol etc. Further more, it can also improve the oil color. This is combined with our special brand food grade fuller earth, which is pure natural and has high decolorization efficiency. The treated oil is clean and limpidity.
LYR is an ideal purification machine for biodiesel production factory, soap factory, fry food factory, oil restaurant, cooking oil factory, vegetable oil factory, and waste oil collecting store etc. According to the needs, the material of the machine can be made in carbon steel or stainless steel.
