Goods: NTC A/B ONE/TWO Step Horizontal Impregnation Lines
1) Usage:
Two step impregnation drier lines main used to impregnated, gluing, dry and stack with melamine resin, urea resin and Phenolic resin. It is suitable for HPL paper and melamine paper.
2) Scope:
This lines is suitable for impregnated paper that weight is 30-220g/m2 and width is 900-1350mm. The moisture strength of raw paper is not less than 0.75kgf/15m.
3) Enviroment:
3.1 Suitable for none erosion and water-soluble resin(for example urea resin, melamine resin, phenolic resin and candy glue etc.)
3.2 Heat resistance grade: F grade
3.3 environment temperature: 10~40ºC.
3.4 relative moisture≤90%(20ºC)
3.5 Elevation is not less than 1000m.
