Product Description
Rotary Moulder
Features: Rotary Moulder is used for forming soft biscuit, which contains much oil and fat. The dough would form as the shape of biscuit and drop on the conveyor belt to the next machine.
Parameter:
- Diameter of Mould: Ø260, 45# quality carbon steel body and chromed surface, length of mould:1540mm
- Diameter of rubber roller: Ø300, the thickness of 20mm, covered with oil-proof and food grade rubber, hardness of A60;
- Working width: 1500mm, Dimensions: 1800X2800X1300
- Q235 carbon steel sideboard, thickness of 28mm, chromed surface, hardness of HRC58-62.
- Q235 carbon steel conveyor frame plate, thickness of 15mm, chromed surface, hardness of HRC58-62.
