Product Description
All-round fiber laser metal tube cutting machine, ranging from 1.5kw to 12kw laser power, processes pipes up to 7500mm with precision and efficiency. Equipped with automatic loading and unloading, it maximizes work efficiency and reduces labor costs. Moreover, it's perfect for cutting racetrack-shaped, oval-shaped stretching tubes, angle steel, channel steel, I-beam, and other special-shaped steels.Machine Features:
1. The front and rear use a double pneumatic chuck clamping design. The rear chuck is equipped with an air blowing device to reduce debris on the pipe wall during cutting. The clamping force is adjustable, accommodating different loads to prevent deformation of thin pipe clamps and ensure thick pipe clamps are secure.
2. Paired with a fully automatic loading and unloading system, it saves labor costs, reduces the operator's workload, and increases production efficiency.
3. The operation is simple, with remote control for cutting, drilling, moving, calibrating, and emergency stopping. The wireless handle allows for free control of clamping pressure, making it convenient and practical for fully automated production.
