01.STILL POT
lt is used for heating mash.This boiler can be built in single wall or jacketedwall. The pot can be heated by electric, steam, gas or even wood per need.
02.HELMET/GOOSE NECK
This is an expansion chamber sitting on the top of the still pot. lt helps holdback higher boiling compounds while allowing desirable aromatics and flavorsto continue up the column. This is very important for making alcohol with excellent taste.
03.DEPHLEGMATOR
A dephlegmator is sometimes incorporated into the top of a column still. It uses "active cooling" to force the condensation of alcohol vapor and induce reflux action.
04.GIN BASKET
The Botanical Basket can be used to infuse your spirit with botanical flavours from the Gin Botanicals range or your own ingredients.
