1. Q: what is the basic processing step ?
A: Full automatic line :
Cleaning the raw material-----Peeling the maize-------Milling the material into flour--------Packing the flour into bags.
2. Q:Can wheat, corn and rice be produced on the same production line?
A: Wheat, corn and rice normally can not producing on the same production line. Because the wheat grain and corn grain has different physical property and some parts need different equipments. Even the same equipments, the model is different.
3. Q: What factors need to be considered to design and install a whole set of flour milling equipments?
A: Flour milling design need to consider the wheat/corn you are using, local geographical conditions, climate, power type, customer's request etc. So flour milling machine is different for customer from different country.
