2. Incompatibility Alert: Phone cases with a thickness of ≥4mm (0.16 in) or OtterBox cases (which are excessively thick) may result in overheating or other irregularities during charging.
3. For leather cases, due to their poor heat dissipation properties, expect the phone's surface temperature to be higher during charging compared to silicone or transparent cases.
4. When securing the wireless charger suction cup to your dashboard, select a flat surface, press the suction cup firmly, and lock it in place. Allow 30 minutes post-installation for optimal adhesion before placing your phone to ensure it remains securely in place.
5. If the arm clamp struggles to hold the phone occasionally, it may be due to an angled placement. Adjust the phone's position to rectify the issue.
