General description and application
IMX 481-A APH 5-Cisa diagonal 5.822mm(Type 1/3.09) 16Mega-pixel CMOS active pixeltype stacked image
sensor with a square pixel array.It adopts Sony's back-ilumin ated and stacked CMOS image sensor to achieve high
speed image capturing by column parallel A/D converter circuits and high sensitivity and lownoise image(comparing
with conventional CMOS image sensor) through the backside ilumin ated imaging pixel structure.R, G, and B
pigment primary color mosaic filter is employed.It equip san electronic shutter with variable integration time.It
operates with three powersupply voltages:analog 2.8V, digital 1.05V and 1.8V for input/output interface and
achieve slow power consumption.
