1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are an independent high-end, professional, standardization and modern enterprise of motorcycle tire and butyl inner tube manufacturer, engaged in the research, manufacture and sales.
2. How much warranty you can give for your tires?
We offer long-life warranty. At any time, if it belongs to a manufacture problem, we will compensate one on one.
The process is that if there happened a problem on tires, we will need your help to offer some basic information and photos or videos, then we will have professional QC and R&D team to authenticate the reasons that caused the problem then offer you official explanation report.
3. What is your MOQ?
We could accept 20GPat the beginning, but in the following orders, 40HQ is much better and acceptable, the MOQ of each size should be 200pcs.
4. How will you protect my rights and the market if I buy your brand of tires?
One country only one sole agent is our marketing policy, so if we realized the cooperation, we will never sell our brand and tires to any other customer of the country during our cooperation in any way.
5. What support you could offer if being your agent?
