Product Description
High Temperature Resistant Large Area Masking Foil
Mainly applied to protect the main color from overspray during automotive painting.

It can be laminated with crepe paper tape, PVC tape and PET tape, which is called 2 in 1 material. It can reduce process time, material costs and needed man power in two tone car painting projects.
About us
The Company started by converting masking tapes since 17 years ago. After years of development, JILE has been integrating a complete set of production processes such as film blowing, tape converting, pre-taped masking film roll processing, cork lamination and packaging etc. By 2023, JILE has more than thirty purpose-built production lines with over seventy employees.
JILE devotes itself to developing and manufacturing stable high temperature resistant masking products and devising innovative solutions for automotive painting industry, especially for the masking needs from two tone car painting.
So far, we have developed and manufactured the 180ºC high temperature resistant masking film successfully. This high temp film has been recognized by many customers and widely used in many OEMs including Volkswagen, Nissan, Toyota, Geely, DPCA, BEIJING HYUNDAI, BYD, Great Wall, Leap Motor, Baic Group etc.
