1800C High Temperature Ceramic Fiber Board for Kiln Lining
VINER Industrial 1800C High Temperature Ceramic Fiber Board and Vacuum Shaped Products are made of high purity Alumina fibrous and Alumina powder, to be formed and fired in special equipment with advanced patent process, can withstand temperature up to 1800-1900C. According to different temperature grades, refractory fiber product may add proper organic and inorganic additives into polycrystalline mullite fiber, high alumina fiber, zirconia fiber, and aluminum silicate fiber, etc. by use of vacuum moulding methods, to manufacture all kinds of products with different temperature grades: 1100C, 1260C, 1430C, 1600C, 1700C, 1800C and 1900C.
Its varieties include two classes: fiber plate and fiber special-shaped product.

1800C High Temperature Ceramic Fiber Board is characterized in white appearance, smoothness, softness and elasticity, just like pledget.
- Ideal for use as furnace insulation in sintering, heat treating and chemical thermal process systems

- Resistance to most chemical attack; it has excellent stability in acid metal slags and is insoluble in most acids

- Can be used as insulation packing in furnace spaces and around furnace sight tubes & ports
