A: We design and manufacture a wide range of both premium and affordable cordless tools that are compatible with 20V or 40V battery platform. There are three levels of quality and price - WINKKO (DIY), WINKKO Professional (Professional), WINKKO HD Professional (Heavy Duty). 

Q: Are your cordless tools compatible with a same battery? 
A: Yes, it's a 20V battery platform (2.0AH or 4.0AH), and we are developing the new 40V platform.

Q: How to order sample?
A:  Samples are available, and while sample costs, including the air delivery fee, are required upfront, they are eligible for a refund upon the placement of the first order.

A: Typically, it takes up to two weeks, excluding holidays.
