3.What testing standard can this design meet? It can meet DOT, SAE,VIA, JWL testing standard.
Our company Nexus Wheel, is located in Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province, China, focusing on the design, development and production of aluminum alloy wheels, supplying the sizes from 12" to 30", with SAE, TUV, VIA, TS16949 certification, exporting to all over the world including U. S., Southeast Asia, Europe, South America, Australia, etc.
About the options for casting process, gravity, low-pressure casting and flow formed can be provided. The different styles of aluminum alloy wheels can be offered such as Tuner wheels, staggered wheels, SUV or off-road wheels for truck. Both Aftermarket and Replica wheels for different car brands can be offered.
About the wheel finish or color, we almost can meet all customer's requirements like Gloss black machined, gunmetal, Silver machined, Hyper silver, Hyper black, BVC, Chrome, mill the wheel spoke or milling letters, or even polish lip and chrome stainless lip.
The customer's own design also can be customized. The molding development need 30days after drawing approval, 10days~14days to make sample and testing.
Limited warranty for finishes:
One year for the chrome or painted finish on products from the original time of purchase.
The warranty covers only peeling and separation of the chrome from the wheel.
Pitting, is a direct result of improper maintenance and its not covered by this warranty.
The obligation under this warranty shall be to the discount, repair or replace.
This warranty is not applicable if:
Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance.
Damage or structural failure occurs as the result of road conditions or an accident.
Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of raing applications or willful abuse.
Damage occurs due to neglect or adverse weather conditions.
