1: 18CrNiMo7-6 steel introduction
It is a case-hardening steel that is similar to 17NiCrMo6-4, but it has a more elevated hardenability, because of the higher content of chromium and manganese. For hot forged bar, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed/QT, rough turned/Black surface.
