1AWG copper conductor galvanized steel tape electrical submersible pump ESP cable
The cable is for submersible oil pump or pump unit can be produced with different types and specifications, the cross-section of conductor is 42mm2 and below or 7 awg to 1 awg. The well temperature is from 50ºC to 180ºC, the max. Continuous working temperature of conductor is 204ºC. The insulation material that can be used is as below: PP, EPR, polyimide-F46, fluoroplastics, XLPE, etc. The material of inner jacket includes NBR, compound of the neoprene and PVC, EPR, fluoroplastics, lead, etc. The outer sheath material is as the galvanized steel tape, stainless steel tape, etc. All kinds of cables for submersible oil pump can be developed according to the customer's requirements.

Application
Submersible pump cable is used for the power cable of ESP units which is installed on land or offshore oil Wells.
Construction
Conductor: Solid, bare copper per ASTM B3
Insulation: compounded, oil resistant EPDM rubber with proven electrical properties
Sheath: Lead
Barrier: Bedding tape to protect the jacket. Rubber infused/ woven fabric
Armor: Interlock profile, corrosion resistant galvanized steel. Double armor may be supplied where extra protection is required.
(Option: • Stainless steel armor for increased protection in wells high in H2S and CO2
• Monel armor for maximum protection in wells extremely high in H2S and CO2)
Outer Jacket:PVC
(This cable can be produced with or without tubes inside outter armor)
