DESCRIPTION
This unit is used for automatic packing of ice. It consists of one set of 7300 vertical packing machine, one set of double head ice weighing machine, one set of elevator, one set of output conveyor and one set of platform with ladder & rail. It has functions of automatic elevating, weighing, bag making, filling, sealing, printing, punching (optional), counting etc. It adopts servo motor for film pulling. International branded components have guaranteed stable performance of the line. Operation and maintenance are convenient.

WORK FLOW
- Elevating: Elevates ice into hopper of double head ice weighing machine through elevator.
- Weighing: ice weighing machine starts to weigh ice of target weight that is preset on weigher.
- Filling: After weighing process, ice fills into bag former of packing machine.
- Sealing & Cutting: Packing machine seals and cuts the filled bag.
- Conveying: Output conveyor conveys the packed ice out.
