Description
Product introduction:
BCS-50L automatic dosing valve bag packaging equipment is specially developed for automatic quantitative packaging of building materials powder products. We have one invention patent, seven utility model patents and one appearance patent.
Technical highlights:
BCS-50L automatic dosing valve bag packaging equipment uses a new design (invention patent) and eddy current screw push extrusion technology (patent technology) to efficiently transport and extrude powder materials. So that the materials can be filled quickly and stably. With the new central controller (patented technology) and special control software (software copyright), the equipment is accurately controlled to ensure the packaging accuracy. At the spout, we use the airbag instantaneous closed technology (patented technology), low-pressure injection technology (patented technology), high-pressure and high-speed vacuum back sucking technology (patented technology) to fill the materials dust-free and efficiently. The valve bag is sealed with ultrasonic instantaneous heat-sealing technology (patented technology). Multi-link automatic pushing package technology (patent technology) ensures that the packages of the finished product fall neatly. Multi-machine combination, anti-folding package control system (patent technology) and the manipulator carry through the automatic stacking.
