Q1, How can I order your product ?
You can tell us the area of the room you need to dehumidify or humidify, our engineers will design which product to use according to your requirements.
Q2, Can I order one sample to check your quality?
For sure, we can offer one sample within 10 days, but you need to afford the courier cost.
Q3, What about the lead time?
Normally 15-20 days after signed contract.
Q4, What's the payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit in advance, and 70% before shipment. For our VIP customers, we accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance against the shipment documents or L/C at sight.
Q5,How about the warranty?
Normally we promise 1year warranty. If you need longer warranty, we can make adjustments to the price.
