SX2500L Vertical Glass Washing Machine
Vertical Glass Washing Machines are configured with separate areas of the machine being dedicated to washing and another for drying. Vertical washers are typically used for insulated glass production processes . The machine uses high-quality brushes to wash the glass sheet before it goes through the dryer. Vertical washers are common in glass factories that have a limited amount of space.Advantage

Feature Introduction
1. Raw Material
Cleaning area and the water contact part sheet metal adopt all stainless steel.
The cleaning tank is welded by 201 stainless steel with feature of high strength deformed.
2. Brush
There are three pairs of brush for cleaning. Brush diameter to be 160mm.
3. Thickness Adjustment
Fabricated stainless steel spring on roller and brush, can automatically adjusts for cleaning glass thickness from 3mm to 12mm.
