[1] This series of double-action and angle lock precision machine vises are made of high grade ductile cast iron;
[2] All sides of guide surfaces on the double-action angle lock precision machine vises are hardened to HRC50-60 and precision ground;
[3] All side surfaces on these double-action angle lock precision machine vises are precisely ground to have optimum flatness and low roughness to help the vise to be accurately positioned on the machine worktable more smoothly;
[4] Each double-action angle lock precision machine vise has two clamping positions. Two workpieces with the same sizes or the different sizes can be clamped in one setup. Also two same workpieces can be clamped in one setup on different positions to machine on different surfaces between the two workpieces;
