Featuring a super-hard composite coating with exceptional high-temperature resistance, it is suitable for dry cutting or minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) machining. This tool demonstrates superior performance in semi-finishing and finishing processes for quenched materials (above HRC60) including S136, SKD11, SKD61, DC53, 440C, D2, Cr12MoV, H13, and ASP30.
