The 2-layer Tumbler Dryer is specifically designed for the pre-drying and initial shaping of soft capsules (softgels) and paintballs, aligning with GMP standards. Typically, a unit of tumble dryer consists of 4 cages, essential for optimal operation. The double-layer design effectively reduces the clean drying room area required for the factory building.
This softgel drying machine has the following advantages: easy to remove and clean, high efficiency, user-friendly, large volume, and reasonable structure. Each section of the dryer is equipped with an independent fan, ensuring even distribution and improved drying efficiency. It can be manually controlled or automatically controlled. During automatic control, each section of the cage rotates in a coordinated manner according to the forward and reverse rotation time set by the operator. It also includes electrostatic guiding and safety devices, allowing operators to conveniently stop the dryer in its desired position.
