Characteristics
1. The weighing touch screen PLC integrated machine program control is adopted, the calculation is accurate and fast, and the real-time monitoring of the operation of the filling machine can realize modern management.
2. The weighing module is based on a 60KG load cell, which is stable and reliable, with quality assurance.
The weighing pan of the filling machine is conveyed by an unpowered roller, which can convey a maximum of 40 kg of large barrels (other conveying weights can be customized).
3. The filling valve adopts high-efficiency pneumatic valve, which has a good sealing effect and ensures no dripping.
In addition, a liquid contact device is installed to prevent leakage when the sealing ring of the filling head is damaged.
4. The material conveying pipeline, power pump and body of the filling machine are made of S304 stainless steel.
The built-in frequency converter can adjust the feeding speed of the material pump to ensure the filling speed. The power pump adopts 1.5KW stainless steel gear pump.
5. The bottom of the filling machine is equipped with heavy duty rollers, which is convenient for the equipment to move.
