What is the lead time of machine fabrication?
Normally, we offer 30 working days after receiving advance payment for standard machine fabrication. Machine made according to demand will take 40~60 working days. For machine in stock, we can ship immediately. However, the actually lead time will be affected by different machine requirement and quantity.What is the warranty policy?
We provide one year component-free warranty and lifetime paid maintenance service & support. Once problem occurs, we will support and diagnose the problem by online chats or calls within 12 hours.What is the terms of delivery? And where is the nearest sea port?
We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF service by train or containers. The nearest port is QingDao port, we can ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, Dalian and Lianyungang ports instead.What are the machine testing and inspection rules before shipment?
Generally, we will conduct pilot runs after machine completion. We sincerely invite customer to visit us and proceed machine inspection activity with us.
