High Pressure Water Blast Nozzle for Pipe and Tube Cleaning
Introductions:
TUBE SPINNER, TUBE CLEANING NOZZLES:
Megajet Tube Spinner Nozzles provide the most thorough cleaning of tube walls. Maximum impact and the elimination of streaking result from having two larger spinning jets rather than several smaller,non-rotating jets.
. Self-rotating sleeve has two radial jets that spin at high speed for complete coverage
. Simple two piece design features a nozzle body, specially coated for maximum lubricity and surface hardness, and a stainless steel sleeve, hardened to extend orifice life and pre-cision honed to prevent galling.
. Athin layer of water between the nozzle body and sleeve provides a liquid bearing on which the sleeve spins. No ball bearings to replace!
. HPF or HPE tube cleaning nozzles are connected to the tube spinner nozzle to add forward jets for unplugging tubes and/or rearward jets to pull nozzles and flex lance through tube (sold separately)
. HPF nozzle blanks, sold below, can be installed in place of HPF or HPE nozzles when no forward or rearward jets are required.
. Tube Spinner outside diameters are the same as standard tube cleaning nozzles.
. Custom flow rates available for special applications.
