High quality anti-rust solar water heater adopt all anti-rust material .It works in the way based on natural circulation. Solar collector is down the water tank, cold water in tube rises up to the tank and exchange the hot water with cold water.  As water in the vacuum tubes is heated by solar, it rises naturally into the tank. The small tank designed on top of main tank helps filling water automatically.

7. Tank cover process: rivet up tank cover to main tank with aluminum rivet to avoid any risk on depart off
8. The fitting welding: Arc-argon technical.
9. screw with anti-rust material :flange type .It is applied for fixing main tank to frame. Contact area between tank and frame is larger than normal screw without flange
10. Our frame: Anti-rust aluminum ally ; thickness 2mm. strong to against the strong wind.
11. All ports of tank are well considered to meet the demands of customers, they are available for all accessory, special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer.
