This Tilting cooking kettle is a tilting-pouring design with streamlined balloon-type jacket. This kind of cooking kettle with its extra-large diameter assures maximum area for efficient heating and / or effective cooling. Tilting cooking kettles are especially designed for fast, even cooking of heavy viscous materials. Extra-large pouring lip and economical positive locking handle tilting device permit easy pouring of any volume without spilling. Sanitary construction ensures easy cleaning and highest product purity. Kettles and jackets are fabricated of stainless steel 304 or SS316. Each kettle has heavy construction for pressures of 40. 90 and 125psi. Kettles are finished inside to a satin polish, outside to a semi-deluxe buff. Pressure zone metal thickness conforms to manufacture's standard or latest ASME Code.

K-ST tilting jacketed kettle can be used in jam production, juice production and candy making industry. When gas kettle working, the working pressure in the kettle jacket (the gap between kettle inner wall and kettle outer wall) is about 0.1 to 0.2 Mpa for gas heating kettle and 0.05 to 0.09 Mpa for gas heating kettle. If higher working pressure needed in your jam cooking process, you are suggested to choose our high pressure cooking kettle (K-SP series pressure cooker).

As per the picture shown, our K-ST series oil jacketed kettle electric / gas heating jacketed kettle can be made into insulation type or simple jacketed type. Normal gas jacketed cooker is made by double wall, inner wall contact to liquid content directly. There is a gap between the inner wall and the outer wall. We call this gap as "jacket". When Steam or other heating medium was injected into the jacket, the stainless steel inner surface of this jacketed kettle will transfer the heat to the content.
