200t/H Batch Type Stationary Asphalt Mixing Plant, Lb2500 Asphalt Batching Plant
Asphalt Mixing Equipment mainly including: cold aggregate supply system, drum dryer, burning system, hot aggregate elevator, vibrating screen, weighing system, mixing tower, dust collecting system, filler supply system, bitumen supply system, electronic control system, finished asphalt storage bin.
LB500, LB750,LB1000, LB1500, LB2000,LB2500,LB Series Asphalt mixing plant has highly accurate aggregate feeder, high quality mix, high production rate,excellent asphalt mixing plant.
The modular design and clearly defined interfaces between the asphalt mixing components allow the utilization of local manufacturing sources. The reduction of transportation and production costs is a direct benefit for our customers. The modular design and the preparation of the modules through the production lead to a fast and uncomplicated working site assembly.

1. The original modular design of the mixing plant makes transport and installation work quick and convenient.
2. Loop belt feeder for the measuring hopper: provide high and low speed.
3. The high-efficiency and heat-preservation drying drum and the special vanes make heat exchange more sufficient.
4. Vibrating screen: high sieving efficiency, easy maintenance and changing, and the imported bearings more reliable.
5. Hot aggregate bin: easy to know the level of material, precise measurement of aggregate, less blockage.
6. Main mixing machine: agitating more even and speedy, used material can be recycled.
7. Dust-removing system: completely up to the national standard of environmental protection, dust blown down will be collected for reuse to avoid secondary pollution.
8. Control system: SIEMENS integrated solution, PROFIBUS field bus to form a distributed automatic system.
9. Operation: double hot standby on the industrial computer, dynamic display and buttonless design.
