2019 New Technology Vacuum Deaerator for Juice Processing

The vacuum desecrator is degassing the juice through the homogeneous machine under pressure below the atmospheric, for preventing juice oxidation, then extend storage life of juice.

The part of the machine which contact with the juice is made of high-quality stainless steel and medium-hard table rubber, it mainly include :barrel body ,head cover, one-way valve,nozzle, control valve, eye hole and so on .when operating, only open the matched vacuum pump,drawing the air inside the machine, meanwhile the material from entrance to the inside, when the material rise to the level ,the control valve control the material automatically, at the same time we can observe from the eye hole and control the speed of the material entering.when the purity inside the machine achieve the level of technology, then we can draw the material at the exit of the material, only need keep the vacuum purity and the balance of material entering and out ,it can continue producing.

(1).before using it should open head cover and use hot water or sodium hydroxide liquor to wash the inside of the machine each time.
(2).it need keep each sealing part good without no air leakage during operating.
(3).it should often check the manometer of membrane, make sure correct.
