| Q : Do you accept Customization? |
| A: Yes, we have our design term, we provide Logo, Packaging Color Box customization. You can give your Logo or even an idea, we can design for you or supply customization with your design. |
Q. Can I get some samples? |
| A: yes, we offer sample for quality check. Considering electric bike as big item with certain value, we don't offer free sample and transportation fee is not contained in sample price. |
Q. How can I control the Quality of the goods? |
| A: We have a complete QC system. Firstly, all the components purchased we will test out before using; secondly, we have quality control during every step in the production process; last but not least, we check all the performance after fully assembled including road testing before packing. |
| Q: About shipment |
A: If you have forwarder, we can sent the cargo to your forwarder. If not, Gravity will recommend you suitable shipping methods, such as by courier, air or sea shipment .Like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT are acceptable. |
