Q: How can I get a quotation for my products?
A: Before we provide our best and accurate quotation, we have to know more details of your products, So, pls be more patient, and tell us more about your products, for example, what's the size? How about the color? How many pieces you want to order?...After we know well the details, we will send you our quotation asap.
Q: Do you provide samples before I order?
A: Yes, sure. Before mass production, we can do samples for your checking, after sample approved, we will go ahead with mass production. But before sample production, you have to pay small sample fee, all the sample fee will refund you if quantity not less than 5000pcs.
Q:What's the format of artwork do you need for printing?
A: AI, PDF, Corel Draw avalible for us.
Q: What's the payment way?
A: T/T: 30% deposit before mass production, pay the balance before shipping.Except bank wire, you can also send via West Union or Paypal.
