1.  Q: What is the raw material of your racks?
     A:  The steel material of our racks  is  Q235B and they all comes from Shanghai Baosteel Group, famous steel company in China.  Raw material test report can be provided.
2.  Q: How can we check the product quality?
     A: 1) Cut samples can be sent for check the quanlity;
         2) You are also much welcomed to visit our factory to see the manufacturing process and check the quality;
         3) You can appoint a third party inspection company to do quanlity inspection.
3.   Q: What's your delivery time and port?
     A: 1) Generally, about 15-20days for a full container;
         2) As to the delivery port, both Nanjing and Shanghai port are available.

4.  Q: What is your payment term?
     A:  1) 100% T/T as advance payment for LCL goods;
          2) 30% T/T as advance payment balance before delivery for FCL goods;
          3) LC at sight.
5.  Q: How long is your warranty?
     A: five years, during warranty time, damaged Racking parts caused by quality problem will be replaced for free,
damaged components caused by improper operation, only cost charges will be taken.

6.  Q: What shall we provide if we want buy racks from your company?
     A:  1)  Warehouse size  ( W*D*H)
          2)  Pallet size ( W*D*H)  including the height of cargo
          3)  Loading of pallet
          4) Turning radius of forklift
          5)  Warehouse drawing if available
