About Plano-convex lens: Plano-convex lens is an optical lens in which one side of the lens is flat and the other side is convex. The focal length of plano-convex is positive, mainly for the role of focusing. The collimating beam can be gathered on the rear focus or the point light source can be transformed into a collimating beam. Plano-convex lenses are widely used in optical display system, optical projection system, optical imaging system and laser measurement system.
