Product Description
It mainly includes acid resistance and weather resistance families. It develops a big data chain on the basis of design-test-service process that drive the development and engineering application of high-quality corro sion-resistant steel by massive data. The sub-application industries include: environmental protection industry, tobacco industry, railway vehicles, containers, photovoltaic industry, green building, ocean engineering, bridge engineering, etc.
The composition of LGNS-1 is to add 0. 13 Ni on the basis of ND, which is sulfuric acid dew point resistant steel specia ly developed for the tobacco industry. Compared with CRIR , 304 stainless steel , high-strength weathering steel and carbon steel imported from Japan, the corrosion resistance is excelent, and the specific data are shown in the folowing table:
09CrCuSb steel is the world's most ideal "sulfuric acid low temperature dew point corrosion-resistance" steel, widely used in economizer serving in high sulfur-contained smoke, air preheater, heat exchanger and e vaporator, which is used to resist sulfur flue dew point corrosion.
LGNS-P is to replace 316L, 2205 in the environment of "resistance to low temperature dew point corrosion of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid", and applied on economizer serving in high sulfur-contained smoke, air pre heater, heat exchanger, MVR evaporator, sewage processor to resist dew point corrosion of sulfur, chlorine, fluorine and other media.
Container steel
SPA-H is the first generation of steel products for container,with mature technology and stable quality,it has been widely used in marine logistics containers.LGC450 and LGC550 are the second generation of steel for high-streng th containers,and the weather resistance index is the same as that of the first generation of containers.Using micro-Ti treatment, the yield strength has been increased by100~200MPa,which is widely used in highway and railway container transportation business with the characteristics of highstrength,easyprocessing and forming,energy saving and weigh treduction.
