The warranty of our product is one year, excluding tires, the defective rate of electric scooter and electric motorcycle parts is less than 3‰, if the parts have quality problems within one year after sale, we will provide new parts for free in the next shipment.
Q1: How is Your Delivery Time?
A1: In general circumstance, we can have an immediate delivery of regular machines for our clients within 30 days. If the customer is in urgent need, we can deliver the goods in 15 days at the earliest.
Q2: How Soon Can You Respond Client Inquiries?
A2: We work 24/7 to respond client inquiries and questions all the time.
Q3: Which Payment Terms Can You Accept?
A3: Normally we work on T/T term. On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment.
Q4: How Long Will Your Price be Valid?
A4: We are a tender and friendly supplier, never greedy on windfall profit. Basically, our price remains stable through the year. We only adjust our price based on two situations:
(1) The rate of USD: MB varies significantly according to the international currency exchange rates;
(2) Manufacturers / factories adjusted the machine price, because of the increasing labor cost and raw material cost.
Q5: What Logistics Ways You Can Work For Shipment?
A5: We can ship forklift by various transportation tools.
(1) For 80% of our shipment, the machine will go by sea, to all main continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania and Southeast Asia etc., either by container.
(2) For inland neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, zbekistan,Turkmenistan etc., we can send by road or railway.
(3) For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can send it by international courier service, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or Fedex.
