We support OEM and ODM services and can according to your samples , technical drawings will be used to produce molds and fixtures for you to produce, but only support customized orders of 3,000 pieces or more.

Q2:What qualifications does your company have, and have your products been certified?

Q3:How to apply for after-sales service if the product is damaged during transportation (outer packaging, appearance of mobile phone is damaged, scratches)?
-Please provide us with relevant videos or pictures to check the damaged parts, and our company will resend you a new phone to ensure that the phone you receive can be used normally.
Q4:Does the product support warranty? If there is a problem during the warranty period, how to repair it?
-All our products support a one-year warranty; if any problems occur within one year, our company will send you the relevant spare parts you need, and you can go to a nearby mobile phone repair shop for repair or replacement.
Q5:Is the mobile phone system stable? Will the phone screen go black, crash, or shut down?
-LESIA MOBILE has authoritative quality management system certification. We strictly control the quality of mobile phones from the design and development stage.

-Each of our products uses different cellular technologies, adopts GSM network mode, and supports the Global System for Mobile Communications mobile network. You don't need to worry about the SIM card not being suitable.

Q7:What order services do you provide?
-We provide mobile phones: CBU complete machine customization, SKD semi-finished products bulk orders, CKD complete parts shipment; new ODM according to the appearance and function required by customers;
-Delivery time: The lead time for general orders is 3-5 days. If you need large quantities of customized products, please contact our salesperson to discuss the specific delivery time.
-Trade terms: We support DDP, DAP, FCA, FOB, CIF, CIP and other trade methods.
-Logistics services: If you do not have your own freight forwarder, we can provide you with a variety of suitable transportation solutions such as UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT/EMS or a dedicated line directly to your address (door-to-door customs clearance).
