Structure
• Loader Part: It is equipped with a large bucket at the front, which is connected to the boom and lift arms. The boom can lift and lower the bucket, and the lift arms control the tilting of the bucket for operations like scooping and loading materials.
• Backhoe Part: Located at the rear of the machine, the backhoe consists of components such as the boom, dipper stick and bucket. The boom provides the main lifting and swinging motion, the dipper stick extends and retracts the bucket, and the bucket is used for digging and scooping soil and other materials.
• Chassis and Cab: The chassis provides support and mobility for the entire machine, equipped with wheels or tracks. The cab is where the operator controls the machine, furnished with seats, control levers, pedals and instrument panels.
Working Principle
• Hydraulic System: The backhoe loader operates mainly through a hydraulic system. The engine drives the hydraulic pump to pressurize the hydraulic oil, which then transmits power to hydraulic cylinders and motors, enabling the movement of components like the boom, bucket and dipper stick.
• Mechanical Transmission: The engine's power is transmitted to the wheels or tracks through mechanical transmission devices such as gearboxes and axles, enabling the machine to move forward, backward and turn.
