By adding these polymers to the sludge, the impact of sludge reuse on system dehydration is effectively mitigated. A three-dimensional network structure is formed, improving system retention and enhancing the operational efficiency of the paper machine.
While maintaining paper quality, sludge reuse can be achieved at 30-60 kg/ton of paper, and the cost can be reduced by 40-100 RMB/ton of paper.
Mechanism of Sludge Encapsulating Technology:
A linear ultra-high-molecular-weight polymer with anionic surface characteristics. After the spatial framework (formed by 3001 Series) is established, the 7001 Series leverages centrifugal forces and fluid dynamics to encapsulate the fibrous and calcium carbonate structures, forming microspheres.
GT 3001 Series: A high-molecular-weight polymer primarily composed ofacrylamide. Through grafting and copolymerization with different cationic groups, it acquires cationic properties and forms a three-dimensional network structure, encapsulating and adsorbing fine fibers, calcium carbonate, and other anionic substances in the sludge, creating a spatial structure.
GT 7001 Series: A linear ultra-high-molecular-weight polymer with surface cationic properties. After the formation of the spatial structure of fibers and calcium carbonate by the 3001 series, the 7001 series is added. Through centrifugal action and fluid flow, it wraps around the spatial structure of fibers and calcium carbonate, forming microspheres. Its unique polymer structure ensures strong shear resistance. The combined application of these two polymers completes the encapsulation, granulation, and shaping of sludge, significantly improving the retention rate of the paper machine. This allows for the normal addition of sludge in paper production, achieving significant resource utilization of sludge and creating a dual benefit for the environment and economic efficiency.
