Product Description
CKD-TL3D V23.08 is equipped with newest 3D engraving system, high definition observation system, top laser source, high transmittance optical lenses, and high precision mechanical components. It is mainly used for 3D relief, deep engraving, small work pieces' cutting and welding, and has the functions of flat logo laser marking and stainless steel color printing.
CKD-TL3D V23.08 has 3 optional choices: 2D, 2.5D and 3D. 3D has all functions of 2D and 2.5D. Compared with 2.5D, 3D can both have 3D relief and 3D hook face marking functions.
Hook face marking refers to mark on uneven surfaces without manually focus, the machine can timely and automatically calibrate the focus according the imported mold.
CKD-TL3D V23.08 has 20W, 30W, 50W, 60W, 80W, 100W and 120W. Recommend 60-120W for deeply 2.5D engraving or 3D relief; 20-30W for color marking or sensitive material's special effect marking.
Observation system and cutting fixture are optional. Observation system can help operate check, aim and monitor tiny marking. Cutting future helps to fix thin metal and under collect drawer.
16,000,000 pixels high-resolution camera and 1080p display reduce processing errors, monitor the progress of laser processing in real-time, clearly check instantly move without delay. Support flexible adjustment of observation positions.
Cutting much thicker, faster and more accurate 2D big power laser machine. Using high peak power of MOPA laser reduces adhesion due to heat generated during laser processing

Optional big power of 100W or 120W can weld some thin metal under 1 mm, clean, fast, accurate and without using wires.
MOPA laser source 20/30/60/100W can mark color on stainless steel, much smooth marking effect than Q-switched laser source, much better pealing effect and can deal with some special sensitive material better.
