1.Cleaning parts:

Combined cleaning machine: Include Vibration screen, De-stoner, Wheat scouring which can remove large impurities such as wheat straw,stone. also can remove the dust attached on the wheat.

2.Washing Parts
We can use wheat washing machine clean and wet the Wheat, then enter the dampening storage bin waiting for next processing.

3.Flour Milling parts:

We use Roller mill for Wheat flour mill, In order to get more white wheat flour, we grind the wheat skin and wheat kernel separately.

4.Flour sifting parts:

We use Plansifter to grading powdered material, coarse wheat flour and intermediate abrasive material,to make sure the outlet flour is supper fine.

5. Final wheat flour packing
The automatic packing machine can pack 5kg 10kg,25kg and 50kg according to your wheat flour market, which include packing and sewing parts.
