Overground chamber system
The machine is suitable for winding of transformer coils. The machine has a rigid design, is flexible in use and easy to operate.
The machine is a superior product in performance and design due to many years of experience in general coil winding technology. This assures a trouble-free operation at a minimum of maintenance.
The vertical winding machines for LAE power transformers do not require any particular preparation of the foundations.
This allows significant cost reductions and avoids any infrastructural impact.
The starting and stopping of the spindle are extremely smooth thanks to the use of a servomotor controlled by an appropriately parameterized inverter.
This allows the large inertia involved in this type of winding to be optimally managed, avoiding bounces that could compromise the compactness of the reel
The machine is consisting of:
a) Machine support
Welded, solid construction,
Faceplate in heavy construction, 8 T-slots for mounting of winding tools
Height of faceplate above platform 400 mm,

b) Maintenance-free Drive
Toothed reduction gear, directly operating the faceplate,
Maintenance-free, very exact variable AC-motor for smooth starting and slowing down as well as an infinitely adjustable speed control.
This system allows together with the electronic control a stepwise rotation of the faceplate in continuous ON/OFF-operation.
4-Quadrant digital frequency converter including starting
and slowing down integrator,
Electromagnetic spring pressure brake which simultaneously stops the machine in the event of power failure,
Sense of rotation can be changed over electrically.
c) Electronic pre-set turns counter
PLC control with Touch Screen
d) Electronic control pedal (treadle)
for ON / OFF- operation,
with potentiometer for steeples speed control
with Wife no cable.
e) Control panel
mounted on the brake table,
