Product Description
Shanghai Newwall Machinery has provided dry mortar mixing plant since 2003, during 20 years, we have finished over 300 dry mix mortar mixing plant at home and abroad. We provide turnkey projects, which include plant design, machine manufacturing, installation and formulation.
The dry mix mortar mixing plant main consists of the following parts:
Sand dryer and screen, material store silo, screw conveyor, weighing system, bucket elevator, mixer, end product silo, packing machine and stacker, dust collector and control system. The productivity is 5-80T/h.
According to the structure type, it can be classified into tower type, series type and workshop type. It is up to the character of raw materials and workshop situation. The needed area is 500~5000m2.
