A: 20FC /40HQ, Less quantity will not be recommended, which will take more shipping freight and increase the business extra cost!
2.Q: What's about your production capacity?
A: We produce 7000,000 sets of Truck tires and 20,000,000 pcs Passenger car tires every year.3.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: We suggest at least 40HQ, as, by our exporting experience, 40HQ container sea freight is more economic. But we do not have a limit of even 1 pcs tire we will arrange for you.
4.Q: Can we mix different sizes or patterns into one container??
A: Yes! Customers can mix different sizes and patterns into one container, we don't have any limitation
5.Q: Quality guarantee
A: (1) We import nature rubber from Thailand and we use the best CABOT Brand Carbon Black and BEKAERT Brand Steel.
(2)Advanced production equipment, including German Krupp mixer, Netherlands VMI tire building machine.
(3) All semi-finished tires are inspected 100%, the qualified rate is almost 100%. This is seldom in China.
(4)There is 5 times inspections for each tyre, including appearance test, X-ray test, dynamic test and so on.
6.Q: Do you have stock?
A: We have 20,0000 pcs tire regular inventory for fast delivery, and we have a modern warehouse to keep the tyre clean and new.
7.Q: Payment conditions
A:(1). First time cooperation, we can accept a 30% TT deposit, the balance should be paid before factory delivery.
(2). Any other payment terms, we can discuss.
8.Q: Delivery times
A: Within 10 days after deposit, we always deliver the tire according to the customer's requirement.
9.Q: What tire certificates do you have?
A:DOT,ECE,CCC,SNI,INMETRO,GCC,SONCAP,SGS,ECE.,Smark, REACH,SASO,LATU,NOM etc. certificates.
