The valve is mainly installed at the air inlet of the mechanical pump, the power supply and the mechanical pump motor are connected on the same circuit, the start and stop of the pump and the open and close of the valve are synchronous. When the mechanical pump is powered off, the valve
can automatically close the vacuum pumping system and the atmosphere can be filled into the pump chamber to avoid pump oil countercurrent and polluted vacuum system, is one of the preferred valves for vacuum equipment automation. The valve uses compressed air or electromagnetic as the executive force drives valve plate to do open movement. When the power is cut off, the valve plate automatically close depends on the spring force.
The medium of the valve is air and non corrosive gas.
