24 Segmented Armature Hook Commutator for DC Motor

The hook-type commutator includes a reversing base made of bakelite powder material and a hook-type reversing copper sheet uniformly arranged on the circumference of the reversing base body. The top of the hook-type reversing copper sheet is provided with a hook. Reinforced ring grooves are provided on the upper and lower end surfaces of the reversing copper sheet, and the adjacent hook-type reversing copper sheets are insulated and isolated by mica sheets. The characteristic is that the reinforcing ring arranged in the reinforcing ring groove is surrounded by multiple rings. The number of ceramic beads is the same as the number of hook-type commutating copper plates. The ceramic beads are interspersed between adjacent hook-type commutating copper plates. The two ceramic beads are separated from each other by a certain distance. The side is in contact with the lateral notch of the reinforcing ring groove, and the top of the reinforcing ring groove is provided with stamping deformation to fix the ceramic beads in the reinforcing ring groove.
