Overview Of BZR Braiding Machine:

BZR braiding machine is a new model developed by our company according to the structure of RB-2 braiding machine. The braiding machine with this structure has high braiding speed and high production efficiency. The design method of double-rotating thread-passing is adopted, in which the inner and outer groups of spindles rotate in opposite directions respectively, and the rotation direction of each group of spindles does not change during the braiding process, and the movement trajectory of the inner and outer spindles is circular, which is shorter than that of other structural braiding machines and has a higher running speed than other braiding machines.

1.The spindle has a large wire capacity: 13.6KG/ spindle(steel wire).

2.The design method of double-rotating thread-passing is adopted, in which the inner and outer spindles rotate in opposite directions respectively, and the rotation direction of each spindle does not change during the braiding process, and the movement trajectory of the inner and outer spindles is circular, with short braiding trajectory and high braiding speed.
