FAQ
1) I understand how cardboard bulkhead, metal bar, roll corrugated paper is packaged. In addition, I wonder how the accessories (fixed button, flashback, ball valve, and other accessories) are packaged.
- We will pack other accessories together with Flexitank in a carton, please check the package photo in the attachment for your reference.
2) Should a 3-inch ball valve be assembled and used?
No, we will ship the valve with the valve installed at the factory. Please refer to the installation video in the attachment.
3) How do you fix the cardboard and steel bars? Is a cable tie provided?
Yes, the cardboard bulkhead will have some ties to assist on fixing it.
4) Can you provide installation guide material (document with photos, video with installation process?
Please check the installation manual in the attachment, I hope it will be helpful to you.
5) In the case of leakage during the sea transportation process, insurance is sometimes handled. What are your company's insurance standards and countermeasures?
Our company's Flexitank insurance is guaranteed by China Pacific Company. If there is a quality problem on our side, the cost incurred during the handling of the goods will be borne by our company.
