How to install YMD 603 Linear Actuator?
1. Prepare to connect the two wires of YMD 603 linear actuator to a rated volt battery (as per the motor volt).
2. Connect Red wire to the positive terminal and Black wire to negative terminal will make YMD 603 linear actuator extend. To make it retract, just reverse the terminal connections.
3. To simplify the last step, you can prepare a reverse polarity relay or switch (not included) for YMD 603 linear actuator. When you want the actuator to extend and retract, just press the switch.
4. YMD 603 linear actuator will hold its position when the power is off. It will automatically stop when reaches the end.
5. YMD 603 linear actuator has already installed inner limit switch, which is NOT adjustable.
How to protect YMD 603 Linear Actuator?
1. Please use the right DC power adapter.
2. Please make sure actual load does not exceed the max. load.
3. All the actuators have duty cycle, they are NOT able to work all the time without stop.
4. IP65 YMD 603 linear actuator is waterproof (details in table below).
