Product Description
Composite Station Post Insulator
The product is applicable for power plant installation with good performances in hydrophobicity, aging resistance, creepage trcking resistance, electrical erosion resistance and high tensional strength and bending strength. The product is high in mechanical strength, outstanding in shock resistance, quakeproof resistance and brittle fracture resistance. Also the product is light in weight and easy for installation. The installation dimension are of the same with those of corresponding porcelain pin insulator and communicable with porcelain. The product is free from maintenance and manual cleaning.

Note:
1.The mini creepage distance is a little different as per product height.
2. The product height and top, bottom accessories install dimension could be choosed from table, also could be supplied their dates to us by yourself. The 220kV insulator could be one section , and also two sections.
3. 110~220kV composite core post insulator only could be applied to busbar post or lateral post. It should be discussed with manufacturer if the prohucts are used for knife switch post.
